Return Policy and Costs

Michelson's Shoes accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE (non-sale) merchandise

• in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition
• within 15 business days of original the ship date
• accompanied by the purchase receipt
• in the original footwear packaging
• shipped in an exterior shipping carton

Items returned must show no signs of wear or use such as scuffing on the soles, heels or uppers, or dirt, dust or hair inside of footwear. Shoes that are not in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition may not be returned.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. The shoe box must be shipped inside a shipping carton. Use a service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS that provides tracking, and keep a copy of the tracking number. We are not responsible if your return item(s) does not arrive at our store. Please do NOT tape up the shoe box when mailing the product back to us. Returns with taped up shoe boxes will incur a $10 restocking charge per pair. Return freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
