Michelson's Shoes guarantees that all of our merchandise is free from manufacturing and material defects that may affect wear and performance. We do our best to inspect the products we ship for such defects. If you find that the items you have purchased are defective, whether new or worn, please contact us at [email protected].

Merchandise with manufacturing or material defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Returns of defective merchandise are not limited to the 15 day return period.
